The property was just as listed. It was clean and had everything we needed. For us the location was perfect. Dale was extremely responsive, and answered any questions we had. Next time we are in Tennessee to visit the grandkids we'll definitely stay again.

Lovely little house!

I was in town for Christmas at my dad’s house, and he didn’t have enough guest rooms for all of his kids. So instead of suffering on an air mattress in the living room, I rented this adorable little house 15 minutes away, and it was perfect! I only used it to sleep, but it’s such a lovely little one bedroom place. The kitchen has all the dishes you could need for a whole family, even a toaster, keurig, and crock pot. Brand new fridge. You can tell it’s been upgraded recently all over. The bed is comfy and the sofa can pull out into another bed if needed. Lots of closet space to use, and a nice bathroom. It’s only missing some chairs on the front porch to enjoy your morning coffee! It’s about 5 minutes from a dollar general to stock up on any needs. It felt very safe and is well lit at night even if you forget to turn on the porch light. This was key for me, as I was staying there alone. I’ll definitely be renting again for future family visits!
