Ocean facing spacious 1 bedroom apartment offers stunning views of the famous Surfers Paradise beach, iconic Cavill Avenue and the twinkling nighttime city lights. It can sleep 2 guests with an additional guest slept on a rollaway bed.

The Space:
This immaculately presented 1 bedroom apartment is in a great location. It is situated beside the iconic Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club and located above the famous Paradise Centre Shopping precinct opening onto Cavill Mall.

Apartment 1903 Ballah is situated on Level 19, offering the most preferred North-Easterly aspect of the famous beach and Surfers Paradise skyline. All of this can be soaked in on the spacious balcony that opens from the bedroom and living room which overlooks the pure white beaches, glistening ocean and the heart of Surfers Paradise. The Ballah Tower has long been recognised as Surfers Paradise’s premier holiday destination with shops, entertainment and dining literally at your doorstep, being situated above the Paradise Centre shopping mall.

Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.

Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.
Buses and taxis are also close by and readily available.
