We came down to watch baseball, golf, hike, and bike. Location was perfect for us to reach all of our places of interest. Would stay again!

The pictures of the condo are accurate. It was a very comfortable stay. There was a slight problem with the access code, but the owner quickly addressed the problem. I would definitely stay at this condo, if ever if the area again

All was great!

Our visit in January was great! The condo was perfect for staying while we worked at the Barrett-Jackson Auction nearby. Long hours at work didn't allow us much more than late evening relaxation, sleeping and breakfast. I would love to stay there again next January. Dana Forrester

Thanksgiving holiday

We enjoyed our 4 day Thanksgiving stay at the condo. Beautifully appointed with furniture. Could have used a few more pieces of silverware and dishes so we wouldn’t have had to run a half loaded dishwasher after each meal. All in all I think we would stay here again if we ever come to Scottsdale again.

Lovely location

. Great location, it is within walking distance to shopping and good restaurants. The pool areas are lovely. The condo has a good layout and it is comfortable. The wifi cut out quite often. There is great communication between the host and the guests.

Scottsdale Golf Stay

The property was just as advertised! I joined my brother on a golfing adventure to Scottsdale area. The condo was just perfect for our stay. Clean and comfortable in a quiet condo community. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the community (very near the condo). We golf at three courses within about 30 minute drive or less of the condo. Many restaurants and stores near the unit. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property!

Easy rental process from start to finish. The host Hilary was always available if we needed to speak. The condo was immaculate and we'll stocked with linens, paper goods, pots, pans, dishes etc. No need to bring anything but your clothes and personal items. We'll stay there again when we visit our family in North Scottsdale.

Scottsdale Condo

This ground floor condo was as described and exceeded our expectations. It was clean and well stocked with supplies. We needed a couple of extra blankets and the manager had them delivered promptly. The location was perfect for getting around Scottsdale, with easy access to Barrett Jackson and TPL Scottsdale. It was a few hundred feet from the pool and walking distance to nearby stores. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Ground floor condo. Nice, but could use some attention. Sliding door doesn't hardly move and doesn't lock. There was a musty smell especially when first walking in. Opening windows, and running ceiling fans helped. Very convenient to shopping, highway, restaurants.

Our week stay - Condo in NE Scottsdale

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this nice, very clean, comfortable ground floor condo. There were no surprises, the rental was accurately described in the listing. I must say the agent, Hillary, did a super job of communicating with us before and during our stay. She is a true professional in customer care. She went the extra mile in fulfilling our request on Day 1 for some patio furniture for the nice walkout space in this unit; she came up with the furniture before our heads hit the bed on our first night. I would say the location of the unit is a major plus. For us, it was close to everything we wanted to do: golf, walking, restaurants, sunning by the pool, MLB spring games, etc. It is a short 80 yd walk to one of the pools. With a Starbucks and AJ's (an upscale grocery) almost adjacent to this unit, you are all set for everything from morning coffee to a bottle of wine for dinner. I would highly recommend this for a small family, or a couple just looking to relax in the Scottsdale area. DR, Apple Valley MN

Perfect place for a holiday

I thought I had submitted this review when we got back from our holiday last year - it was only when I went to re-book for this year that I realised I hadn't! So here goes.... I went here with my wife and 15-year old daughter last June. We all agreed that this was a perfect holiday location (for us anyway - if you are looking for night-life, then this might not be YOUR perfect location). Main attractions here were the 2 lovely beaches within about 10 minutes walking distance. Both beaches are small, but certainly were never too packed when we were there. There is also a shared pool at this location, though as other people have mentioned, we would often have it to ourselves. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance; one was a bit mediocre (not bad), and others that we went to were very nice. Staff were very nice in all the restaurants. We hired a car which was handy for shopping - it's about 4 miles to nearest shops (as far as I know) so I don't think we would have managed otherwise. The only other possible downside is that the area is quite hilly - this suited me as it was very scenic, but it might not suit someone with mobility difficulties. The house itself was lovely. It had everythng we needed in terms of furniture and utensils, etc. Also had a nice table and chairs in the front porch which we used for lunches sometimes. The big attraction was the rooftop terrace - apart from being a good place to hang out your washing, we would often head up in the evening to sit at the table and chairs there and have a drink watching the sun go down over the cliffs - a nice start to our evening. The house is part of a development of houses, but it is a very quiet locatioin nonetheless. All in all, we found this to be a perfect holiday location for us. The area was always quiet and peaceful despite the fact that there were 2 splendid beaches beside us. If you want a relaxing holiday, it would be hard to do better in my opinion.

Very convenient Scottsdale location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great and walkable to two strip malls with ample shops. The condo was outfitted well. The beds were fairly stiff in both rooms which was a bit of an adjustment for my group. We were surprised that we were not able to enjoy the outdoor patio as much as there were mosquitoes which we did not expect. We did visit the pool one day which was 75% occupied but very quiet and nice. The reserved parking spot was occupied by someone else for one day however it didn’t bother us as we weren’t going to be there that day. Easy check in/out. I will note that if you are requesting an early check in or out they charge an additional fee.

Wonderful stay for those showing at Westworld! Very nice, well equipped condo. From Brita water filter pitcher in fridge to beach towels for the pool. Has everything you need and more. Very clean including new washer and dryer. Easy walk to Chipotle and Safeway! Parking spot very close including a handicap spot right in front.
