Perfect spot

Great space, we travelled as 3 adults and each had our own room. Very comfy space, 20minute easy walk to town. Only 1 bathroom but seperate toilet. Would recommend

Wonderful Stay.

Our little get away was wonderful. The townhouse was spacious, clean and well styled. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The location was great, we walked into town, along the waterfront and even went on the Ferris wheel!

Overall very good

Although overall very good, we were disappointed in a few things in our short stay. Hardly any soap in shower left, only 3 plates for 5 people,no coffee,. Just a general lack of basic supplies. But very spacious and clean

okay but cleaners need a kick up the preverbal

when we entered the building there was no parking permit and the owner did not get back to us for over 30 plus hours and we risk being towed away. Fortunately we were away for the majority of each day so didn't get towed and we managed to hide behind some buildings overnight. Then we found dirty sheets, no toilet paper (had to buy our own) the few bins that were there had rubbish and one that had a dirty used adult nappy/pull up pant in it. There was no acknowledgement from owner about parking permit and what we could do in case we had our car towed or fined and just a comment about he had spoken with cleaners; but we still had dirty sheets, rubbish bins left with rubbish and no toilet paper except what we bought. there was no offer of any recompense or direct apology so the property itself was okay but the rest left a lot to be desired. the short opinion no we would not reccommend or stay again.

Family weekender

The house was a comfortable size for three adults and three teens. Great central location, quiet street with plenty of on street parking available. Host was very responsive to communication. Beds were comfy, great heating for a very chilly weekend.

Untidy Accommodation

We read previous reviews and booked this place, it turned out to be one huge and disgusting disappointment. Very very untidy accomodation. Hairs on bed, cat urine smell in bedroom, dusty bedsheet and pillows. Untidy towels. Dishwasher packed with dirty dishes. Location is then only good things about this place.

very hard to communicate close to stay date, at first confirmation it was all good but then nothing, also the towels didn't seemed to be washed, just dried, tried to get hold of property manager, otherwise very good, would stay again if we had easier contact

Not a good experience

Our experience at this Stayz property was extremely disappointing. When we checked in around 2:40 PM, the place was completely unclean. The beds upstairs were unmade, the toilet and kitchen still had the previous guests’ belongings and rubbish, and the toilet seat was broken. The kitchen counters had toast crumbs, and we found old chip packets and rubbish on the sofas, under the beds, and around the property.We contacted the host, but their response was minimal. A cleaner arrived but only agreed to make the beds and wipe down the toilet and shower. There was no sense of responsibility or care for the condition of the property. On top of that, we were provided with only one toilet roll for a group of four adults and two kids. We had to buy our own, and the next day, they brought us just one extra roll, which was still not enough.Before we could even begin to enjoy our stay, we had to vacuum and clean the entire property ourselves. This was supposed to be a special trip for our 10-year anniversary, but instead of making good memories, we were left with a terrible experience. We would not recommend this property to anyone. We will be seeking some sort of compensation for the condition of the property.

Good location but some issues

Good position handy to the Cadel Evans race start but we were awakened at midnight by a couple trying to get in who claimed they were also booked in for that night (not through Stayz). Toilet seat broken in the up -stairs toilet. No soap or toilet paper.

Comfortable and well equipped

We stayed for one night and quite enjoyed this home. It’s very spacious - would easily accommodate large families - and the beds were very comfortable. Also walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants.
