The apartment stay was excellent from communicating with owner, to check in, and the amenities supplied , in a clean comfortable space.All topped with "awesomesauce" views...which was y main reason for booking it... somewhere special!Location is great IF you need to be in the center...I don't. I've stayed close by several times, and like to walk, then use metro when necessary.Easy 15 min wank to Gare Montparnasse,..35-40 min walk to Eiffel tower, stopping minimally for photos. Groceries & all necessities nearby...and transportation & restaurants close by.I liked the non touristy part of it all.Amazing sunsets & Tour Eiffel sparkles & lights at night...great place to relax after roaming Paris 8-9 hours a day.The main bed was very comfy, didn't use the other. Kitchen appliances well stocked, as were Towels & bathroom items...including cute little packaged toothbrush & little soaps. A nice touch! No lack of T.P.Kitchen really room for 1 cook, since the tall breakfast bar is right there, I didn't try to move it, but not an issue. Didn't use the pool, but it looked awesome, and change rooms & everything. Probably popular in summer No idea about parking.The owner was awesome in all dealings, and always replied quickly.Likely best host/ owner in all my 9 stays in Paris. Most have had good to greatviews... but this one THE best!!!I would absolutely stay here again!!Worth the extra for sure. For me it was a splurge, but well worth it.

Many guests also enjoy the balance between a lively Parisian neighborhood with local shops, bakeries, restaurants, and excellent transportation access, while remaining outside the busiest tourist areas. Great care is taken to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment, with thoughtful amenities to make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. The rooftop pool and solarium with 360° views over Paris are also a unique feature of the residence, particularly enjoyable during warmer months. Guest communication and responsiveness are very important to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience before and during each stay. Feedback and suggestions are always appreciated and help continue improving the apartment for future visitors. It was a pleasure hosting this stay, and future travelers will always be warmly welcomed.

Wir waren über Silvester zu Besuch in Paris bei Albert. Es war wirklich toll. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hochhaus mit Aufzug, wodurch man einen wundervollen Blick über Paris hat und direkt beim Frühstück auf den Eiffelturm schauen kann.Die Wohnung war für uns als kleine Familie perfekt. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer für die Eltern und ein kleineres für Kinder (oder eine weitere mitreisende Person) ein wohn Essbereich. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine etc. Das Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Am besten hat uns gefallen, dass der Gastgeber Albert immer erreichbar war, für jegliche Fragen. Es sind verschiedene Dinge schon vorhanden, die man evt vergessen hat wie z.b Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinen Tabs dies war sehr aufmerksam. Außerdem gibt es auf der letzten Etage ein kleines Schwimmbad.Unser Sohn (7 Jahre) war begeistert und wir natürlich auch. Auch dringend zu erwahnen ist die Tiefgarage, in der man parken kann.Diese wurde uns bei Ankunft von einer netten Dame gezeigt, auch wo die Wohnung sich befindet und wie man hinein und wieder rauskommt. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man sogar zu Fuß erreichen kann und auch die Busfahrten in Paris sind zu empfehlen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig. Alles in allem wir waren sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch bei Albert.

Ich glaube, es gibt keine bessere und angenehmere Adresse in Paris. Die Bilder sagen weniger als die Wohnung aus. Es sind drei Zimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch. Das Haus ist gepflegt und alles ist sauber. Der Parkplatz ist für die Autoanreise extrem hilfreich. Der Pool im obersten Stockwerk ist die Krönung. Der Kontakt zu Albert und die Schlüsselübergabe waren extrem angenehm und so viel Freundlichkeit war überwältigend. Vielen Dank
