Single unit guest apartment with separate private entrance. Located in the basement of the building, one bedroom with a private kitchen, private bathroom and a living room. A walk-in closet and a storage room along with drawer. One queen size bed for two guests and one single sofa bed for one guest. Outdoor basketball net is also available.
One private free car parking. Cooking utensils with cutleries, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and an iron is available. Extra towels, pillows and bedsheet linens. Quite space. Refrigerator, electric cooking range, dining table with four chairs, Roku tv, a free Wi-Fi and much more to make your stay comfortable!!
