This front living room flows naturally into another open space, equipped with a beautiful wooden desk and chair. From this classic desk, you can look right out into the pool. Sliding glass doors lead from this living area out to the shaded lanai and private pool.
The bright and spacious kitchen features ample counter space, custom cabinets, white walls, and white appliances. A stainless steel sink overlooks the pool, and sliding windows make it easy to pass snacks from the kitchen out to the shaded lanai. Whether you are reheating leftovers from your favorite Marco Island restaurant in the microwave or whipping up an impressive breakfast, this kitchen gives you all of the things you need to do it.
The formal dining area features a beautiful glass top dining room table and seating for six. The formal dining room flows effortlessly into the main living room. Families can grab a seat and watch their favorite show on the flat screen TV, or curl up on the comfy loveseat and read a book. Massive sliding glass doors lead from this living room out to the shaded lanai, and a wall full of windows lets in natural light offers beautiful views of the canal.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV, and private access to the pool via sliding glass doors. The master bathroom features his and her sinks, granite countertops, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
Bedroom two has a Queen-size bed and soft white and blue color accents. A wall of windows overlooks the property, and this room just steps from the guest bathroom.
The third bedroom features another Queen-sized bed, with fun ocean-themed accents throughout. This bedroom has private access to the patio and a large closet to keep all of your belongings organized. This room also has a flat-screen TV.
This beautiful home is designed for guests who like to entertain. The private outdoor entertainment area features two different spaces for dining and plenty of patio seating. A barbecue grill is perfect for grilling up steaks or hotdogs for dinner by the pool. An expansive stone pool deck surrounds the sparkling heated pool, and there are plenty of lounge chairs available for those guests who want to soak up the Florida sun. A third lounge area sits just off of the pool deck, and is a perfect place to drink a glass of wine and watch the yachts glide by on the canal behind the home.
When you're ready to explore the island, do so like a local by hopping on any of the bicycles provided.

Residential Rules We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you. Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit. Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that…. the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
