We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Super easy check in/out process. All beds listed were present. Couch could use a good cleaning but didn't hinder our good time. Convenient, short uber/lyft/waymo ride to downtown. Overall, a good experience!

Not as advertised

Dirty pots, floors, blankets. Couldn’t get out back door because of bush. Garbage overflowing outside. Trash cans had not been emptied. Bed held up by wooden posts. Gun fire in front of house. Police shut down block because of incident. Multiple locals stated this was a bad neighborhood

An unfortunate police involved incident ended nearby this home about an hour after check-in. Completely random and could have happened anywhere. Our guests became unhinged that it happened and let us know immediately that she would leave a poor review. There was no consoling her, and most of this review is just her displaced anger in life. This is a great little single family home that most people love. It is budget friendly and we want to assure everyone (as locals ourselves) that the Jefferson Street Corridor is a historical neighborhood with lots of flavor and musical significance. We invite everyone to give this home a fair chance.

Check in and check out here were very easy. The rental had many beds and plenty of space for a large family. Not all beds were comfortable. One in the upstairs room was so bad it was unusable. Fortunantly there were many other bed choices. The living room furniture was nice and there was plenty of space to enjoy meals. The rental needs more forks knives and spoons, but there are plenty of pots, pans and plates. The rental could use a deep cleaning. It was very dusty. The surfaces, fans, and vents were covered in dust. I appreciated the modern touches in the house. The location is very close to the expressway and close to downtown. The neighborhood is not the best. Overall, the stay was nice, but could be better with a few improvements.
