It is a good and safe place to stay, the people at reception is really friendly and helpful 24/7. However the room condition is a bit old, we couldn’t open the windows and the TV was old and did not work well. Out of the the neighborhood is amazing, such good location close to a big Shopping and the awesome Av. paulista.

Great location and kind staff in the front desk. However, there is barely a kitchen in the room as advertised. There is no pans so the stove is useless. There is a sink but with no water running, it’s useless. Only a microwave and a fridge is working. Also, even though there are staff at the desk, all guests must fill out an online form before arrival. I believe I filled it out 3 times with the site crashing every time. It takes about 30 minutes to fill out with everything from job description, to face recognition. All communication with this company is AI controlled and we found it impossible to get in contact with a real person. It’s just an AI loop of communication on their WhatsApp as well.

The check-in process was annoying and it didn't work. We kept having to go back to reception anyway for them to work around the glitches. The building smelled pretty bad overall, and the bed was AWFUL. We both woke up in pain many times throughout the night. The password to enter the bedroom didn't work, so we were locked out of our room for a bit after we had just arrived from a long trip. Staff was friendly and did all they could, but I still wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

A equipe foi super gentil e prestativa. A localização é excelente para quem quer transitar pelos pelos principais pontos da São Paulo Central. Check-in e check-out totalmente descomplicados e eficientes. Nos dias que ficamos hospedados apenas um elevador estava ativo, isso.dificultou um pouco o.acesso. nosso quarto.estava limpo, em.boas condicões. Higienização ok, chuveiro muito bom. Os quartos são iguais as das fotos. Comodidade. facilidade e localização do Apê Paulista são destaques. Sem dificuldades ao realizar o checkin e ckeck out. A limpeza do piso dos quartos, cobertores e sofás camas precisam de atenção especial (manchas e marcas de sujeira). Os portas objetos dos boxes dos banheiros estavam enferrujados.
