First ever stay in a motel

This place was amazing. I felt so refreshed after 2 days there. The floor is clean to walk around and quiet. Such a feeling of freedom there. Hot shower was great. Hairdryer was great. It's even more secure with the automated garage door.

The cleaner did a great job, check in was quick and the room was spacious, but there were ants and spiders in the room. There was also mold on the roof in the bathroom.

Mala atención en la entrada, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 2 PM cuando queríamos pagar por un early check in y dónde tuvimos que irnos a otro lugar para poder descansar. Hasta que ya pudimos entrar a la habitación nos dieron habitación donde el baño no servía y se quedaba todo, su solución fue darnos un destapacaño y no ayudo nada. Jamás volvería ni a preguntar por algo perdido

Primer día el cuarto no contaba con llave Por la noche no avía agua para tomar una ducha Cuando pedía room service tardan tanto para llevarte tu comida y después los platos se quedan por dos días de donde los deben de recoger Nunca mas y no lo recomendaria

I would not recommend this property to anyone visiting Cancun. An individual unit is offered to each guest, including a garage, however you do not receive a key to the unit (small interior lock on door only). The garage door does close, but has a large opening near the top & can be opened manually from the outside. The lock on the ground floor unit window also did not lock. The bed was large and made, but did have multiple stains + ants running across it.

Personal Poco Profesional y Antipatico.

Reserve el Hotel para 1 noche pues estaba cercano a unas citas de negocios. No me agrado el trato recibido en recepcion como falta de profesionalidad y amabilidad. La habitacion nos dieron una como muy basica sin nada especial aunque nos habian dicho por facebook que sinos podian dar otro tipo de habitacion que no fuera la standard pues tienen el mismo costo, la verdad no quisieron pq si habia disponibilidad y habitaciones libres. Se negaron a darnos factura aun con opcion de pago en el hotel, cosa que no deberia ser asi. La habitacion esta anticuada en decoracion y servicios como TV, lo unico que tiene aceptable es q es de bien tamaño. Falta de seguridad, vino a vernos un amigo y lo dejaron pasar sin consultar con nuestro cuarto si lo estabamos esperando o no. Bastante mejorable tanto en Personal, amabilidad, facturacion, decoracion, servicios ...

Solo un extra, para subir categoria

Muy comodo, personal atento, te dan tu llave, si te quedas mas dias deja tu llave para limpieza, alejado del centro para ir a zona hotelera y las playas esta a 45min en camion o 30min en coche, esto lo compensa por el precio por noche( que pudiera bajar mas para atraer mas clientes), Esta sobre una avenidad principal asi que cualquier transporte publico te lleva al centro y de ahy tomas otro camion R1 o R2 para la zona hotelera. De regreso de la zona hotelera toma el camion R2 te bajas en el soriana, y ahy pasan las combis o pecesaras que te dejan enfrente del hotel, dicen P Maya.Deves preguntar todo el tiempo, o quedaras parado, o toma un taxi costo maximo $50 pesos a donde quieras ir. digo para que te muevas sin preguntar mucho jjiji

It was horrible. They refused to let me stay even when I showed them my reservation. It was in a sketchy part of town and they were not helpful. I almost had to sleep in the street because of them. When I complained they said, oh sorry, it must have been a mistake. That mistake could have turned deadly for me. It also cost more than 200 usd for taxi fare because they refused to let me stay. I didnt get my money back either..
