Les points à améliorer : une connexion internet à améliorer (notamment en heure de pointe, impossible de voir une vidéo sans coupure), mettre en avant les escaliers (avec 3 étages il est plus rapide de passer par un escalier si celui-ci est mis en avant)

Le personnel est très accueillant, toutes les explications sont données. La chambre est comme sur les photos, très propre et la cuisine est équipée (frigo, micro-ondes, casseroles/poêles, vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire). Des sacs poubelles, une éponge, du liquide vaisselle, des torchons et des tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle sont fournis, un aspirateur est à disposition à l'accueil de l'Adagio. Pour le reste, il faut prévoir. La propreté est parfaite, la literie est très agréable.
