Rental is 100/10 I absolutely loved the environment. The only thing I would change is the check-in time for early arrivals; my mom and I came in on a morning flight and had to wait until 3pm check-in time. Also, there is no cleaning service until the last day of your stay. 💋

The view of the Bay was incredible, and the accommodations were fantastic! We mistakenly booked an accessible room, but still enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent a property from MVR for next trip. The proximity to Bayside Market, Brickell, and fine dining is outstanding. Getting around on foot and UBER is the way to go.

Perfect place & relaxing, neighbors were loud one night with music from the hallway and smoking but other than that, you can’t hear anything in your actual bedroom. You may hear light construction noises at night from across the street but even for someone like me who is an extremely light sleeper you’ll love this room and the view is amazing! Only downside is parking in my opinion, as they ask for $63/night but that’s on the hotel not this booking provider. We ended up parking down the street in the public garages. Hotel staff is amazing and nice and we had no issues with any of them. Pool and gym were very nice and valet staff helped us with our luggage even when not using valet. Be prepared for Miami Heat traffic on game days or other events occurring at Kaseya Center. Room had plenty of towels, washcloths and toilet paper unlike how other reviews were saying so we loved that as well!

We stayed for about 5 days and were very impressed with how clean everything was. The place was extremely well maintained and comfortable. The location was perfect, and we felt safe even walking around at night. The host was very responsive and took care of anything we needed right away, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very welcoming. The place was very clean and modern. We really loved our view. Elevators were super quick and the building had a very high end smell to it. Over all this was a 10/10 experience which made our Miami stay unforgettable.

Beautiful views from the condo I stayed in love the look of the room clean very up-to-date all around. South Beach so many options to eat so many options downtown Miami as well five minute ride between both.

Great apartment for a family of three with absolutely amazing views! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small issue was that the floors didn’t seem freshly mopped at check-in. As a suggestion, adding a full-length mirror would make the space even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

It wasn’t bad but I’m not sure that I’d stay there again. The room was clean but it had a constant smell of stale cigarettes and the sofa was covered in stains. The chairs at the table are very heavy and drag across the floor so every morning and night we would be woken by the sound of the chairs being moved around in the apartment above. You’ll need to bring an eye mask with you as the blinds are not very good at keeping the sunlight out. The location is great for Bayside and downtown.
