Clean and cozy studio apartment in Warsaw with a great location. Perfect for 4 people — enough space, comfortable, and everything was very clean. The price was really good for the area, especially for a group. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. Would definitely stay again!

We’ve just returned from a great stay here. I’ll be honest, I didn’t realise when I booked it that it wasn’t a typical hotel and it made me feel a bit nervous after reading a couple of reviews suggesting the check it process was difficult. However, the host was very helpful and provided the information in the way they said they would. We checked in online via a link and the check in process was made very clear to us. It was a lovely clean place and the bed was super comfortable.

Place was great. Just remember to fill in the information details before your trip or you won’t get the check in details. The concierge cannot assist. The uber dropped us off in front of the shrimp house but the entrance to the building is to the right on the corner which was a bit confusing since we were looking for an apartment building, not a hotel. But once we got in, everything was great about this apartment including location. We walked to old town. Safe neighbourhood. We did not have to use the laundry or kitchen. It was spacious and the bed was comfy. Water pressure was great. Would stay here again.

It was extremely bad experience. The check-in was very painful and took at least 90 minutes and with bags was very very disturbing. When I called the property management he was shouting and yelling and put the phone down. Was not attending the phone. Finally strangers helped and inside apartment was dirty and even sink was with full of water. I have pictures for that. Water not drawing and every time when we were using we were draining with hands and again our hands were dirty. We did noThe crockery was dirty too. We didn't complain to him due to the aggressive attitude and were afraid. WI am with Hotel.fom.for decades never had that experience.

Mmmm. Some okay, some not so!

Okay, this is not going to be easy. But I think for the benefit of other potential visitors, being honest is the best bet. Firstly, the manager/janitor in the property is a really really good guy and I thank him for his efforts. Well done. However, there are issues with this place, not least getting access. Having heard nothing via Hotels.com (as was promised) I contacted the property only to be told that instructions had been sent but ‘sometimes sites don’t allow the emails to go thru’. So get it sorted!!! Finally after actually emailing the company thru their website I managed to get details of access. And talk about complicated! Access codes for doors and lifts and then a separate code for the apartment which we were told would be sent separately….and which never came. It was only luck that the manager arrived at the flat the same time as us that we got the (7 number) code. What a faff and really odd-putting and unsettling when you are travelling already. As for the flat, it’s modern and with some nice furnishings. But the mattress is thin and the pillows are simply the cheapest and worst I have ever encountered. I’ll only briefly comment on the faff with the washing machine which needed brute force to open, and the horrific smell in one of the cupboards (apparently the filer on the vacuum cleaner) as well as the loo roll jammed in the bathroom fan to keep it open. Overall, suffice to say that whilst okay in some aspects, the name VIP doesn’t apply

Belle surprise

Varsovie est une ville surprenante, entre classicisme de la vieille ville et modernité d’une ville moderne avec grattes-ciel en verre. En tout cas, moment très agréable et logement impeccable, bien situé.
