Colorful and Contemporary

The place was so colorful and it had a contemporary feel to Danang. I had a room with a balcony and a view of the beach and the sunset 😍! Our room was tidy after returning from a day out and our necessities where always replaced and looked after. A plus if you must know- there is a laundry service around the place. Not a far pick up spot from bus service to Ba Na Hills, and 6 minutes away from dragon bridge in a grab . Would visit Again!

From NZ to Da Nang we stayed for a week and location is good…one street over is the beach and close to the main strip. Lots of options of food, entertainment and massage places. Laundromat is close and mini marts are all around you. Hotel is easy to find and service is awesome, easy going and real family orientated. Rooms are lovely lots of space in room and bathroom. Friendly staff and they can assist with laundry services for a fee. Just outside is a coffee stand operated by them as well…coffee is awesome and so is the lemon fruit juice is refreshing. You can just chill outside. Overall great experience. Thank you for having us.

The management is not good and they are not professional. We communicated them that we are arriving around 2AM, and we reach hotel by 3AM. No one is there at reception and we called them multiple times. No one is picking and we checked in at 5AM. I never saw such kind of experience.

⚫️残念だった点 入り口のカフェでたむろしてるお兄ちゃんが 受付係だった。 ホスピタリティなし。英語も話せない。 この Hotel & apartment は 事前に部屋のリクエストをメールで送っても 返事は来ない。 ラグジュアリー ダブルルーム キングベッド1台に宿泊、眺望なし。 窓を開けたら目の前のビルディングの壁 調理用具は少ない ◎良かった点 業務スーパーまで 500m コンビニのAZ Market まで 30m 部屋の中に洗濯機があった。ただし 表示は全てベトナム語。Google 翻訳 大活躍！ ハウスキーピングの女性はみんな 愛想が良かった。
