The only thing we liked was it was a nice location, our dislikes was there was no internet, the ac was not strong so it was hot and humid in our room, we had to get a staff to look at our ac cause it wasn't working for a while, no tv to watch due to no internet, and a bad smell in our room as well and im guessing due to the humidity in the room. I wouldnt stay there again.

Great looking place but needs some love!

Nice looking place but, everything is self service, if you needed anything, you have to go get it from the lobby, they will not bring it to you. Towels were very used. Shower head was broken.

I stayed here recently from 07/18-07/26. The apartment was okay, I feel like it needs a little work. The toilet seat was a little loose. The bed mattress were a little too hard for my liking. Otherwise everything else was okay.

La atención del personal fue excelente, la habitación es amplia, sencilla y cómoda para dormir. Tiene algunos detalles por atender que, en mi caso, son irrelevantes cuando la habitación es sólo para descansar de noche; sin embargo, vale la pena el lugar por la conveniente ubicación y su precio es el adecuado. No otorgo mejor calificación, exclusivamente, porque (pese tener resguardo de maletas) es indispensable un área de espera adecuada para quienes, como yo, llegan, temprano. Gracias a Vladimir por gestionar mi check-in anticipado y las demás personas de quienes, desafortunadamente, no recuedo sus nombres, pero fueron súper bacanos. Un punto importante es que se encuentra en plena zona rosa y a una cuadra del parque Lleras, por ello, a altas horas de la noche, puede sentirse un ambiente no tan agradable a los alrededores, pero hasta cuando me hospedé me interesó leer al respecto; precisión que realizo con el único fin de colaborar.
