We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed.
Was a great space! Was so nice to have more than a hotel room, and feel on top of each other. Had plenty of space, amazing to have two washrooms. Great view, secure! Can't wait to go back. Def worth the price in the off season. Amazing location!
Very beautiful and wonderful location. Spacious! Only complaint was not very cleanly with crumbs and blonde hair around as I am a brunette. Everything else wonderful.
This condo could not be more central. It is right off the highway and is neighbours with Scotiabank Arena, the CN Tower, the aquarium and Rogers Stadium. It was very small and we heard the traffic from the highway all night. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a question and emailed the property and got a response immediately.
I really appreciate the host to accommodate me and my son a bit early after an exhausting overnight flight. The room is nicely decorated with beautiful sun shine pouring on the bed. It’s five minutes walk to union subway station and take you everywhere without having to call Uber. The grocery store is also on the other side of the street. All in all, a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend.
The place was well laid out, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen could be quickly improved with a few things like more glasses, adding wine glasses, oven mitts, and a few other common things. We were challenged with there being only one set of keys, and a major plumbing issue that had scalding hot water come out of both hot and cold sides of every tap at every sink, both showers, in the washing machine and even in both toilets.
Very nice view clean heater worked well only issue was not with room itself but I paid for a parking pass and someone forgot to leave the garage fob leading to me getting a parking ticket waiting on a response from the owners. To finding out it wasn’t available and having to pay another 75dollars usd to park in the garage next door

The fobs are left in the rooms. We were unable to access the elevators. I had 2 rooms booked one on the 61st floor and the other on the 37th floor. The property management company’s instructions on check-in stated that once we entered a code to enter the building we would have access to the elevators and there would be no need to involve the concierge. After several attempts we had to contact the concierge who was able t9 give us access to the elevators for 5 minutes. We had to split up to retrieve the fobs from each unit but could not go back and forth between the units as there was only one fob and each unit. Each fob only gave you access on the elevator to the floor that your unit was on and the ground floor.
It all started when the company required a $200 deposit. This was problematic as they gave me a website for an invoice which was an invalid URL. I had to contact the company on more than one occasion to straighten this out.
Upon check-in, it was obvious that there was no cold water. This made it even difficult to brush teeth, and a shower was impossible as the water came out at a very high temperature which could not be controlled. To clean myself I needed to fill the bathtub with scolding, hot water and wait a couple hours for it to cool down enough. To resolve this issue I contacted the company twice by email and they did nothing.

Dealing with the property management company was a nightmare. They don’t contact you until 48 hours in advance. They were impossible to get a hold of by phone and their emails were repetitive without being specific. They charged us a $40 premium for 4 extra people, we were 6 in total for 2 units. One room was supposed to accommodate 3 and the other 4 people. This was not the case 2 people in our party ended up taken a Uber home at a cost of $60. The hideaway beds in both units were a joke and the only way the one could accommodate 2 people was if they were children and you needed an engineering degree to open and close it. Don’t even get me started on accessing the place at check-in. I think I sent comments to you about check-in process. Worst I’ve ever experienced. If I were Hotel.com I would immediately stop representing this company or at least for warn your customers of there ridiculous process
I did not stay at this property due to serious cleanliness concerns upon arrival.
The apartment looked nothing like the photos. The walls were visibly dirty, the couch had stains, there was a large hair on the toilet seat, and the bed sheets contained multiple black hairs and debris when I pulled back the blankets to check them. The unit felt worn down and unclean.
I left immediately because I did not feel comfortable staying there.
I contacted the host multiple times that same evening and provided photos. I received no response. Expedia also attempted to contact the property and was unable to obtain a response.
As a result, I am out $552 for the booking, plus $60 for parking that I did not use.
I travel frequently for work and understand normal wear and tear in an apartment, but cleanliness and basic responsiveness are reasonable expectations. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those standards.
