It was a nice room in a convenient location! Would definitely consider staying at again. Self check-in is new to me, but it was fairly simple. Note to travelers that there is no space to store your bags before check-in until your room is ready, but there are public lockers nearby that are large enough for a big suitcase. Overall a good experience!

Very spacious and convenient location, close enough to Dotonbori markets to walk but far away enough to not be kept up by the crowd. Laundry machine in the room is very helpful. About a 7min walk from the airport limousine drop off.

Clean room and good size for 3 ppl. Location was quite a distance from dotonburi and some train stations. Otherwise the surroundings had good restaurants and convenience stalls. Check in process is seamless, hotel staff will reply promptly for any queries online. No staff counter is available thus cannot keep luggage there. Love the washer/dryer. Tub is extremely comfortable. Fridge is huge though! No need to separate rubbish in different bags. Some amenities like towel, toothbrush, cotton set and comb are available too!

The room was amazingly spacious for Japan standard Very clean Facilities are unbelievably useful and the best use of space Location excellent access to Dotonbori, Namba Kuromon market Best- airport Shuttle from Doton plaza Easy to reach to hotel from Airport too Don’t take Namba Just take Doton plaza then straight 5-10 min walk to reach hotel Nipponbashi station exist 7 was very close to go any where Everyday we came back to the room after exhausting trip we felt like coming home Definitely will stay again if we ever come back to the Osaka
