O quarto só é recomendado para no máximo duas pessoas. O sofá cama é péssimo, não tem como uma pessoa dormir nele. Além de estar velho, com marca de cigarro e aspecto sujo, a parte de sentar está horrível e, para usar como cama, é pior ainda. Você dorme sobre uma madeira com uma fina camada de espuma. Além disso, só tinha dois copos e dois garfos. Ou seja, se houver mais de duas pessoas, não há talher suficiente. Também poderia ter mais um pano de prato na casa e, ao menos, um pano de chão. As toalhas não são muito boas, exceto pelo kit extra para a terceira pessoa, que tinha toalhas bem melhores do que as "originais" disponibilizadas. A distribuição do apartamento é boa, com bons armários e tem uma máquina de lavar. Mas uma pena que o mobiliário (cama e sofá), roupa de cama e louças deixem a desejar. O chuveiro é muito bom.
