Tudo muito simples, bom custo benefício e excelente localização. A flat "Terra" fica de frente a piscina e tem o inconveniente de perder total privacidade, tento que em toda estadia ficar de janelas e cortinas fechadas

O flat é uma delícia! Como é um flat nao tem café da manhã, mas os quartos possuem cafeteira, liquidificador, airfraer para que possa fazer seu café ou comer em alguma pousada ou padaria próximas! O quarto é confortável, o banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas nada que atrapalha! A piscina é pequena e deliciosa. Fica bem próximo da rua do Mucugê o que facilita muito a noite para sair a pé! O valor foi justo! Super recomendo!

Ao que se propõe, o Flat atende bem às expectativas. Ótima localização e recepcionistas atenciosas. Tem um furo no condutor de água da calha do quarto em que ficamos, que, quando chove, enche de água a sacada. Só isso que precisa melhorar.
