The area is great and the unit itself is nice. The bed linens had multiple stains all over them. The towels were still wet. Tried to rewash the linens and towels but washer machine was not working.

Felt like home away from, Elevators need to be fixed only one working Elevator. Also parking is to expensive should be discounted rate for staying at the location. Other than would come and stay again.

Perfect location
It was a great overall experience due to the area. There weren’t any extra towels or blankets. Parking was very confusing despite that, I’d book again.
Everything went well. Fridge worked but poorly, freezer worked great, I made the personnel aware of an issue they were willing to accommodate and send a repair man out right, I told them it was fine and to get it fixed after I leave. Overall great property, great amenities, definitely a 5*!

Liked the pools, but too much people bring non residents, family/friends and overcrowded.
Barbecue electric/gas stove unreliable or plain not working.
Roaches in the area of lounge, dog pee on elevator, ave the worst, only 1 out of 4 elevators worked!

The unit was nice and building was beautiful. The issue we had was the main bedroom pillows smelled awful. We bought new pillows and sheets. I messaged the property manager and did not get a response. I understand can be missed when the unit is cleaned, but I expected a response to my message. Another note would be that you need to bring your own towels for the pool.
The property was nice, but communication with global customer service was not good I txt and called and did not get a reply back.. there was one key which would have been fine but did not work to get me up the elevator.. which the key is how u get up and done the elevator. Had to ask front fest to let me up everytime I left and I was on the 19th floor.

PARKING IS VERY EXPENSIVE. WE HAD TO PAY EVERY TIME WE LEFT THE PROPERTY. PLUS 20 DOLLARS A NIGHT. MOST AMENITIES WAS CLOSE , AND THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE. ESPECIALLY THE SECURITY OFFICE. I HADE TO SHUTY BIRTHDAY PARTY DOWN IN THE SKY ROOM BECAUSE IT CLOSE AT 10. THE SECURITY AND STAFF WAS HORRIBLE. I WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN. I WAS A WASTE OF MONEY.

Family Stay
The 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. However, the chairs for the kitchen room table and the desk were cheap and flimsy; they need to put sturdier chairs to prevent someone from falling/injuring themselves when sitting in the chairs. The air conditioner worked, but did not cool the bedrooms; we were unable to check the vents to see if they were open or not because the vent location was too high up on the wall. Also, our first day there, we got stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire department. However, on a positive note, the location is great, the apartment was very nice and comfortable. My family and I would stay again!

Overpriced, communication with global is horrible. The company has these units inside a building with the residents. The housekeepers are subcontractors and only speak Spanish. The front desk staff Blaise & Dustin did there best to accommodate my family but they don’t work for global luxuries
