We enjoyed having a kitchenette and slightly larger bed and bathroom compared to other places we stayed at in France. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available but very tight space getting to the second level. You need a compact car.

Very happy with our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were so friendly and even helped my husband screw wheels back onto his broken suitcase! Our family room was massive and very well equipped and comfortable. The location was also great - within easy walking distance to the train station and into the main shopping area. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located in a very quiet safe area, yet there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff all spoke good English and are very friendly. The room is beautifully maintained. The only thing was the hotel WiFi was not very strong and I could not do video chat.

Although I selected this property on the basis that it had parking available, the reality is that it has a couple of spaces in a shared courtyard, and there were never any free during my stay. Parking on the streets is a nightmare, and I had to return to my car every 2 hours throughout the stay to extend it or move. Also the aircon was inadequate for the size of our room (2 bedroom with sofa bed), there was only one unit which was on the mezzanine. Consequently, none of us slept well. We didn't have breakfast as it seemed overpriced and there was an excellent boulangerie and spar just down the road. Positives were the location ( a pleasant walk into town) and friendly staff who spoke good English.

Outstanding staff

We came to Toulouse for a wedding. The staff at Odalys City Toulouse Colombélie was so professional, kind and accommodating. Anaise And Emré at reception went out of their way to be helpful. We asked for an iron and they offered the ironing board, too. On the day of the wedding it was raining and they offered us umbrellas. We were transferring to the Odalys near the airport and Emré called for us to see if we could get a shuttle to transfer our luggage. They both made our stay at Odalys Colombélie extraordinarily smooth, pleasant and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!
