The main complain I have about the apartment I stayed in is that it doesn't have hot water from the kitchen sink faucet and the bathroom sink faucet. The only place you can get hot water is in the shower. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. The apartment is not as advertised and, in my experience, felt misleading compared to what was portrayed during booking. One of the most significant issues was that I had no internet access during my stay, despite this being listed as an available amenity. The listing also stated that an iron or steamer would be provided, but neither was available upon arrival. In addition, both bedside lights were non-functional, further highlighting the poor maintenance and lack of attention to basic guest needs. To make matters worse, only one hour after I checked in, I was contacted and informed that there was an issue with the bathroom and asked whether maintenance could enter the apartment to fix it. This raised concerns about the condition and readiness of the property before guest arrival. Customer support was equally disappointing. There appears to be no meaningful staff support. The primary method of communication is through an AI-powered WhatsApp chat, which resulted in significant time wasted repeating the same information over and over again. After eventually reaching a human agent, the response to most issues was simply "you can try" or "you can do," effectively shifting the responsibility onto the guest rather than providing actual assistance or solutions. The issue with the steamer is a perfect example. After being promised for two days that one would be delivered, I was ultimately instructed to go into another apartment

Localização ótima para o evento que eu precisava ir e com facilidade para conseguir uber/ taxi, quarto amplo, ideal para duas pessoas com malas, cozinha equipada para pequenas refeicoes, o predio tem um mini mercado que foi muito útil. Portaria 24h que recebe encomendas, o que tbm foi muito útil.

o prédio excelente, localização excelente e perto do metro. A empresa que administra se comprometeu de mandar dois travesseiros e quando cheguei a noite não providenciaram e quando reclamei disseram que não tinha conseguindo e ficou por isso mesmo. tinha uma luminaria solta e consertaram no mesmo dia mas deixaram a sujeira no chaõ e como não tinha uma vassoura , tentei limpar com um rodo que tinha.
