Location was excellent being on the end of the tram line and the full range of affordable servics for students as well as high end due to the neighbourhood . Accomodations are very institutional but strong wifi and lots of quality shared spaces to enjoy .
This was my first stay at a campus type property. A great experience with a phenomenal value.
The staff were amazing and the location was perfect. Thank you for making my short stay in Dublin Amazing!
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I definitely would return.

It was a poor choice by me, but I dealt with it. It is nothing but a dorm room and a poor one at that. Mattress was completely broken down.
Not a hotel!
Nice laundry facility on site multiple washers and dryers.

Definitely needs a good cleaning. They also do not let you check in till 3 PM, even if your room is ready and there is no place to store your luggage.

Nice location, and good standard. But in the upper floors the rooms easily get close to 30 degrees hot, even in the night. The staff was also completely unable to provide a ventilator. We do realize that this is not a common problem in Dublin, but in July, getting a decent nights sleep was difficult.
In addition, the first couple of nights, the bathroomsmelled terribly sewage and/or mold, spreading to the rest of the room. After showering a few times, it did slowly get toned down.

On the whole the accommodation was clean. It's also well located, just around the corner from a LUAS Light Rail Station. I knew that I would be staying in what is usually student accommodation, so I wasn't expecting The Ritz. However, for the money I had to pay I feel that there should of been some tea / coffee making facilities in the room. When I checked out, I needed to book a taxi in order to get to Dublin Port to catch the ferry home. The member of staff on reception wouldn't ring and book me a taxi. I was told that I'd need to go to a nearby hotel, and that they'd then do it (I didn't have a mobile with me). In my opinion this is very disappointing, I didn't like the member of staffs attitude. Again for what I paid I don't feel that it would of been any trouble for them to ring and book me a taxi.

Nice little en suite room
Location is great- Dublin Express will take you to the airport (20min) and Red Line tram to the town centre (15min).
Room was small but comfortable, queen size bed fits two adults. Room was clean, towels were available.
No toiletries in bathroom. Yes there is an access to the kitchen but no pans, mugs or cutlery...only fridge, microwave and hob...but with no pans thete is no use of hob. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shops and Domino's around.
Easy check in and out

False advertising - not private!
False advertising - this is not for an entire apartment. It is an en suite with a shared kitchen and living room. Shared with strangers, to be sure. Communication is non-existent. Stay away.

Property is not as advertised. We were not provided any toiletries not even hand soap. They would not give us fresh towels or more toilet paper. The front desk was rude and unhelpful. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the area is very noisy. Would never recommend this place.

Great location.
Not very clean, Not very friendly staff. We cannot check-in on time at 1600 and was told that this is because it is the first time they are working with the agent, and also waiting for their housekeeper's confirmation. Moreover, as I think we should have shampoo and soap as described on Hotels.com, and there is nothing in the bathroom, therefore I asked reception whether they provide shampoo and soap, they replied "We are not hotel". Totally understand this is a campus and don't mind prepare them by ourselves if we knew before.
The place itself was fine, clean, simple, very basic, which was all I was looking for. As for other factors: staff was non-existent, email with directions for checking in were either vague, or confusing, and a link was wrong. Not a big problem, assuming there's someone around to help you sort it out. There isn't. And finding the place was not easy. It was surrounded by an array of similar looking buildings (like an office complex that covers 8 city blocks) was almost like a maze. Add the vague directions and I roamed around for an hour. Once I finally did, there was no one available to confirm I was in the right place, or could help direct me. I wasted 3 hours just to 1) find the place, 2) conform I was at the right place and 3) get checked in. The only other issue was I had no control to adjust the temperature, and it was a bit too warm. And the name is misleading. Campus is in the title. It has nothing to do with a university.

I booked a room for five nights in June for my husband and me. Overall, the location and building amenities were good, but the room was terrible—first, the bed. The bed looked like it fit one college kid or two little kids- not two grown adults. I think the bed must have been smaller than a full-size mattress but bigger than a twin-size mattress. We had little to no sleep each of the five nights because it felt like we were going to fall off every night. To make matters worse, it was so hot that the evenings were even worse because there wasn’t any breathing space while lying down.
Secondly, as previously mentioned, it was SO hot during our June visit. While I understand that the climate is beyond management's control and that European buildings tend not to have air conditioning, keeping our one tiny window secured to open only 3 inches at most was a very bad judgment. Not only did the one window barely open, but the blinds also completely blocked any wind that did manage to enter the room through it. So you’re stuck between letting in the slightest breeze to cool down an extremely hot room, only to get all the light pollution in your face, or closing the blinds and sweating through a sleepless night. Apart from this, it appeared they had a thermostat with cooling, but it was actually putting out heat.
Lastly, I understand the building itself serves as a dorm, but the cleaning standards must be maintained. As soon as we went in, you could see dust everywhere and streaks o
