Bologna is a fun city with great food! I’d definitely visit again. As for this space, I have mixed reviews, and do not plan to stay here again. Let’s start with the good: - A friendly English speaking man met me at the apartment with the keys and gave me the basic rules of the place. - Space was roomy and included lots of towels, a good sized bed, and toiletries. - Space was secure… you had to have a key to front gate to even enter the property. Property also included a lift. Bad: - No one explained how badly the apartment door sticks . It requires using lots of force to open. Keyhole is not properly aligned on the door. No one cared to attend to it nor fix. - It is VERY dark in the hallway at night since the lights are on a timer. Constantly cut off as you try to open the door. Only way to have a constant light was use my cell phone :( - Shower curtain had mold . Bathroom lights flicker and need a bulb change. I requested both, but only the curtain was replaced. I was told there was nothing they can do about the lights . (You cannot change a light bulb?) - It was difficult to communicate with property managers about issues. (Yes… you can email or text them without issue. But they do not always understand you if you do not speak fluent Italian. ) - When asked about taxi services to airport , they did not know nor seem to explain things well either. Had to search and try to figure out how to reserve on my own & whether they were available in the wee hours.
