Short trip for a game and we stayed in the cozy suites. I liked that we didn’t have to go to a desk. Check in and entry were easy. It was comfortable and nice. Would use them again for the price. Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am but it was building wide, not the hosts fault

The parking garage was convenient and safe. The unit was fairly clean. Could have been better. Would be good if they could provide a king size bed. Overall ok accomadation. Could also provide a bigger desk for working

Honestly, as my husband and my teen daughter were checking in, we were a bit frustrated due to how to get in the cozysuites. It was my scanning/reading over the check in details of the room and luckily my tech teen figured out how to get in the apartment block. It was a late night shift staff who was amazing as she stayed calm, I was frustrated yet she handled us with integrity!!! We would definitely want to stay there again next year!! Thank you so much for the great stay for our first time in Indianapolis!!!!!!!

If this is your program it not acceptable . I have never had to screen shot my face for anything. Then pay a damage deposit, had trouble with the parking once we had to pay extra for that. Oven was absolutely filthy, would not use this. No notice that they have live bands playing music until 11pm, terrible music on top of that, add- on’s are a joke, had to adjust a/c unit every 3 hrs to cool unit, automatically went b as ok to 79 degrees every 3 hrs, Joke! We will think twice about using hotel.com in the future. Never had such a terrible weekend. Stains on carpet, we took video of before and after and want our deposit back in full, we left with no damage or breakage. I get better service at Motel 6!! Sad, Jim
