I'm not sure why this place has so few reviews. This place is great. There's a laundromat on the other side of the block, and if you're okay with hang drying the washer in the unit works great. Very quiet neighborhood and the unit was really comfortable. Wifi was so-so, usable, but won't blow you away. If you're coming from the airport, I'd probably take the subway, transferring at hakata from the orange line to the green line. There's only a few escalators to deal with, and once you get to kushida shrine station, exit 6 has an elevator to the street, and then it's maybe a 5 minute walk. Check in process is straightforward. You'll have to pay the Fukuoka accomodation fee separately, but they accept cash or card. The person we spoke to over the iPad spoke very good English too. The only weird thing about this hotel is the carpet in the bed area....it's this weird adhesive carpet tile setup and they're not very well stuck to the floor.

部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。３人宿泊でもリーズナブルな料金でありがたかったです。エントランスの呼び鈴のところに「最初に部屋番号を入力する」といった事前に聞いていた説明とは異なるやり方が書いてあったので混乱した（実際には事前説明通り入力不要だった）。

客室は綺麗でした。アメニティも充分でした。バスタブが深くて肩までしっかり温まりました。ベッドも広くてゆったり眠れました。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。ホテルの近くに食べ物屋さんやコンビニ、コインランドリーもあり、中洲や駅からも近くて良かったです。

其實覺得酒店一般，酒店冷氣與睡床擺放位置很不好，導致夜晚睡覺時很熱，因為當中牆身把冷氣的風擋住了。把冷氣調到最冷也沒用。另外一個問題是廚房的窗太光了，早上五點就被弄醒了。值得一讚是洗手間真的很大，很舒服。還有就是酒店很方便，非常近博多運河城，而且有很多居酒屋。

簡單企理的小旅館

❌酒店不是太近博多站～反而是比較近運河城。預訂時候不知道是沒有電梯的，結果要拿三個大篋上樓，的確不容易呢！ ✅酒店負責同事很好，由於我們有一位成員留下來，要多預訂一晚，與客服在電話清楚溝通好，可不用退房，直接在本來預訂的房間多留一晚。非常感激他們的幫忙～

De studio is zeker een aanrader omdat het voldoende ruim is en in een stille straat ligt maar toch dicht bij de populaire buurten in Fukuoka. Bedden en hoofdkussens ook bij de betere van onze 3 weken vakantie. Minpunt: Incheckprocedure is omslachtig en er zijn geen handleidingen aanwezig van de toestellen.

태블릿에서 무인 체크인 뒤 2층 입실.엘리베이터 없음.깨끗하나 더블 침대3개라 가방 놓을 자리가 없음. 무인이라 짐보관 불가. 짐이 없다면 하카타역에서 충분히 걸을만 하나 캐리어가 무겁다면 택시를 추천
