Great stay here, location to the springs is perfect, towels for the springs were also provided. Room was comfortable, included a small kitchenette, patio and a spa bath, perfect amenities for a short stay. Lots of cafes within walking distance too. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Parking was provided and enough spaces for all rooms which comes in handy for how busy it gets in Hanmer

Really friendly helpful staff. EV charging on site was so easy. So close to the pools and great views. Comfortable beds, quiet and clean. All in all an excellent experience. Would stay again.
