Rude owner

The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. (the driver didn't get out of the car and helped me at all) At the hotel the gave me a rm which I couldn't log the door, due to the fact I was the only guest, I felt safe. In the evening the following day I recognized that somebody stole my money. The owner didn't care at all and wanted me to pay the dinner and transport. I told him that all my money were stolen and that breakfast and dinner is included. He didn't respond. The last night at this resort I felt very unsafe and unwelcomed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Bonjours, nous avons réservé 1 semaine dans cette hôtel. Et je déconseille a tout le monde qui souhaite se rendre dans cette hébergement. - nous avions rendez-vous au port il nous a fait attendre plus de 30min, ensuite il nous amener de l’autre côté et nous avons fini le trajet dans une camionnette démolis où la porte de tien pas fermée l’horreur. - arrivée à l’hôtel l’accueil est top mais le déception ce fus grande quand nous avons constaté le domaine il n’y a rien sur cette île à proximité le seul restaurant est celui de l’hôtel et la nourriture est absurde pour le prix payer et le choix est minime. - il nous a également dit qu’avec la marée basse et haute nous avions une heure pour se baigner et il n’y a pas de plage, c’est un pont en bois, et quand la marée et basse ce cache dessous des montagnes de déchets qui ne donne pas envie de se baigner. - l’état de la chambre est lamentable nous avons trouver des arraigners de partout des fourmis sur le lit et dans la chambre, une porte qui se ferme pas comme il le faut, la douche avec les toilettes aucune séparation cela n’est pas montrer sur les photos. - le soir en rentrant dans la chambre nous avons trouver un énorme cafard également. - il n’y avais pas de touristes que des gens des alentours. - les photos sont trompeuse faite vraiment attention. pour les activités il n’y a rien à faire a pars rester dans votres chambre avec la Clim à fond. les seul excursion proposé sont à hors de prix Fuyez l’hôtel vraiment c’est une arnaque
