The property was nice and comfortable! We enjoyed our time there. It was in a good location. Our daughter lives very close by and it was a convenient and affordable place for us to stay. Our only small issue was that we had 3 people and only received 2 towels. But, we survived and made it work! We would stay here again!

Apartment was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. Location was great! Pool was fabulous, we almost had it to ourselves every day. Staff was very helpful when we needed something. Lots of walking space for your pet. Felt like a very safe community. My only complaint was that the carpet/flooring needs to be updated, and a fresh coat of paint would give it another star in my rating. But even with that I would definitely recommend this place and probably will rent again.

Gated community next to IMG, two bed rooms and two bath with kitchen. This was perfect for our trip there. The space of the apartment was perfect. I would stay there again our next trip to IMG.

I loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well!

Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks!

A nice space for my wife and I during our one week Florida vacation. Two bedrooms & two baths with a nice living room space and more than adequate kitchen area. The complex is mostly working folks and not a tourist spot. But for the space we got compared to VRBO's or hotels it was certainly worth the price. Our unit was starting to show some age but it was in really good shape with fairly current appliances. There is a small balcony that looks out over the sunrise and the complex was really quiet.

The unit we stayed in was clean, but ready for a remodel. The bathroom was outdated, and the floors swollen in places. The AC unit worked great until it froze over the last night and quit blowing cold air. Would we stay here again? Yes, but would love to stay in the newer units that are getting remodeled while we were there.
