Amazing Stay we arrived early at around 12.30pm and they quickly helped us with a early check in at a room that was available already - hotel is clean and nice and front desk staff are all very friendly, nice and extremely helpful with all speaking a high standard of English - the most helpful during our stay was Majd Tamimi he is absolutely perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. Everything was well-maintained, and the attention to detail was impressive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, une mention spéciale au personnel tellement bien veillant , à l’écoute et coopératif . Très reconnaissante à Abou Ahmad, Moussa, Abd Errahman, le chauffeur de la navette Sajed qui a été très flexible en nous attendant à chaque fois après la sortie du Masjed Nabawi étant donné que mes parents ne marchent pas vite . Papa a oublié ses stylos d’insuline à l’hôtel , l’un des employés ( je n’ai malheureusement pas demandé son prénom ) nous les a apporté à la gare de train avec sa voiture personnelle . Merci du fond du cœur d’avoir rendu notre séjour parfait
