Office closed when arrived 4,30pm. Message to me to use last 4 digitsd of phone number plus hash key to get key from Key Safe, Did not work,. Phone Contact Numbers. First - left voice message, Second gave a ridiculaous explanation that this was done in case my Credit Card had been stolen> What?!!!. Gave me code for Key Safe, Pid for room with balcony. Half metre wide space between 2 walls is NOT a balcony.
