Very helpful staff who went above and beyond to see me settled. Nice apartment with pretty much everything you need. Close to shops and cafes within walking distance of beach. I will be coming back in September to the same place and same apartment as I enjoyed the ambience.

Terrible check in experience

Have to wait about an hour on the sun beside closed office to get a key despite agreement about a time, full ignorance by staff who just passed you without any attention after nearly an hour late, no apologies as well. Electricity went off twice.

Vacanza in totale relax! L'appartamento si trova in un complesso in posizione tranquilla, facile da raggiungere e a due passi dal centro cittadino e da tutti i servizi. Ampio, confortevole e molto pulito. Dotato di tutti gli accessori base come stoviglie, elettrodomestici base per cucine e cura della persona.Tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere una vacanza in vero relax! Rapporto qualità prezzo più buono... consigliato!

Das Apartment war wirklich super sauber und alles schien sehr gut gepflegt und neu. Es ist ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. In der Küche gibt es ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass es zu einem sehr großen Kühlschrank auch noch ein relativ großes Gefrierfach gab. Sehr sehr schade ist eben, dass es in dem Apartment keine Klimaanlage gibt und auch kein WLAN - aber das steht ja auch so in der Beschreibung. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es super heiß draußen und dementsprechend dann auch im Apartment. Der Check-in erfolgt im Büro, ca 7 Laufminuten von den Apartments entfernt. Die Kommunikation dort war etwas schwierig, da wir kaum italienisch sprechen und die Mitarbeiter dort kaum bis gar keine Fremdsprachen sprechen. Allerdings waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit und mit Google Übersetzer konnten wir uns dann gut verständigen. Was leider wirklich sehr negativ in Erinnerung bleiben wird ist die Lautstärke um das Apartment herum. Eigentlich liegen die Apartments etwas abgelegen und ruhig am Ende von Santa Teresa. Allerdings gibt es seehr viele Hunde, die sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts unentwegt am Kläffen sind und von den Besitzern nicht beruhigt werden. Außerdem fahren viele Mopeds und Autos durch die Straßen dort. Leider haben wir so nicht sehr viel Schlaf abbekommen während unseres Urlaubs.
