Il mio soggiorno si è limitato ad una sola notte ma non posso che essere contenta! I titolari ci hanno accolto nonostante le bruttissime condizioni del tempo di quella sera! Ci hanno fatto trovare la stanza riscaldata, pulitissima, accogliente e confortevole e ci hanno fornito subito la password del Wi-Fi x non lasciarci sconnessi!!! Abbiamo riposato benissimo. Da consigliare per un soggiorno prolungato anche perché il giorno dopo abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno il giardino che circonda la struttura ed il fatto che è veramente a due passi dalla pineta e dalla spiaggia...davvero comoda in un'altra stagione o anche solo per una passeggiata...invernale! Squisita l'ospitalità dei titolari...

Agréable logement en bord de mer. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires et la propreté de cet appartement, qui comporte plusieurs terrasses aménagées pour qu'une famille puisse y séjourner sans se gêner.
Proche du charmant village de Posada et des belles plages de San Teodoro et à 20 mn d'Olbia.
Dommage, il pleuvait et faisait humide pendant une partie de notre séjour.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la location comprend une chambre et une cuisine avec un canapé et une télévision. L'appartement est très propre et il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. En cette fin octobre, c'est très calme. Il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter dans le secteur et les propriétaires donnent de bons conseils si vous le souhaitez avec des documents faits maison.

Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett. Wir wurden auf dem Grundstück herumgeführt. Das Hauseigene Restaurant ist super lecker.

La atención de los propietarios es inmediata,cualquier cosa que precises estan allí para ayudar,si tienes alguna duda sobre donde ir y que ver te programan el dia entero,muy buen comunicado con la Costa Esmeralda y el Golfo de Orosei.El apartamento muy tranquilo y limpio a buen precio y con los gastos incluidos. Para repetir sin lugar a duda.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Familien
Sehr schöne inhabergeführte Ferienwohnung. Man könnte auch sagen von einer Familie für Familien.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser 8 Monate alter Sohn wurde herzlichst empfangen (Piccolino :o).
Besonders schön fanden wir bei der Ankunft das Bad. Hier waren die Handtücher schön aufgerollt und mit Zweigen dekoriert. Wie wir erfahren haben sind die Zweige nicht nur Deko sondern auch gegen Mücken.
Der Rest der Ferienwohnung war ebenfalls schön eingerichtet.
In der Kochnische gibt es einen Gasherd mit vier Herdplatten. Hat für unsere Zwecke gereicht. Eine Mikrowelle war dadurch nicht nötig.
Draußen gibt es einen Garten, den man mit anderen Feriengästen nutzen kann. War für uns nicht so wichtig, da wir zum Strand gegangen sind.
Wenn man möchte, kann man auch im angeschlossenen Restaurant Essen. Wir waren dort einmal Pizza Essen. War sehr lecker.
