I absolutely loved this accommodation. Because of where it’s located at despite being in the city, you have views of the farms from the balcony. All these forms in the area give the air a real aromatic sent. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and great staff.

Nice quiet location and excellent staff. Jasmine at the front desk was great in recommending places to see for my short stay. The breakfast buffet and coffee were delicious! If you’re looking for quiet nice place to stay in Hanoi with friendly staff don’t pass on this boutique hotel!

Nice hotel outside of the congestion of Hanoi. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Beautiful pool and rooftop bar/restaurant. Good included breakfast and overall good value though taxi or Grab needed to get around. Its a trade-off of quiet space vs noise and traffic all around.

We had a fantastic 1-week stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel! The suite was absolutely splendid with a pretty balcony and lavish bathtub - my kid especially loved the projector setup which made us feel like we had our own home theatre. The hotel’s peaceful location, away from the city’s hustle, made for a truly relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. A special mention to our receptionist Flower, who went out of her way to help us with tour bookings and was so kind to show us around Hanoi’s Old Town. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. 🙃

Many good thing as about this hotel. The staff are the best from anywhere we have stayed in southeast asia. Specially Flower and Jasmine. There were plenty of sitting areas. The pool looked good but it waa too cold to use. We arrived late and the kitchen waa closed but the cook offered to make pizza for us. The grab was very cheap to old town. Quite the best hospitality of any hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff were amazing and truly welcoming, offering help and suggestions.They really made our stay special. The hotel is lovely with incredible views and is a calm oasis in a busy city. Breakfast buffet was delicious and varied.Special mention for Flower who was just wonderful, and Nicolas (also wonderful) who gave us his selection of foodie highlights to try, which was super helpful.Bartender (sorry didnt get his name) brought us cocktails on the roof in the rain.Honestly these folks know true hospitality!!

Bare in mind this property in not rural area i mean like rice fields is basically located in the outskirts of the city with local people living near by. Is noisy for sure with animals, motorcycle and local people people speaking. You can hear all the loud nosies first thing in early morning. The glass doors definitely not nosies insulated. Nosies was the biggest problems for me. Also as this property is located far from main centre, if you book a tour they wont pick you up from this hotel as its out the pickup zone.. Stay around old quarters in my opinion

A pleasant stay! The room is clean and comfortable. My room has projector I could experience an amazing cinema room. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was received free room upgraded. The river view from my bacolny is beautiful. The hotel isn't in the big street so I can hide from crowd and noise.

Pros: - Good Breakfast, both portion and quality - Room was generally clean - Staff spoke English well and were friendly Cons: - Bed was too hard, not comfortable - No separation of shower area, making it quite wet to use sink after shower - Location was in middle of nowhere (located in narrow small streets, next to field) and there was extremely limited view. Hard to see any river or lake. - Balcony faced a building in construction at a very near distance, which blocked all the view. - Teaspoon was not washed in the room - No hooks or racks in toilet to place clothing during shower - Price was too high considering the above, as it is only a little bit cheaper than 5 star in central Hanoi.
