This was a delightful, quaint apartment that was surrounded by parks, cafes, music, and accessible ways to get to most things. We were thete for a ahow at DPAC which ended up being less than a mile from here. Loved it

We had an amazing visit! Our apartment was beautifully equipped and was in an unbelievable location! Everything was walkable and the people in the area were incredibly friendly. We loved hanging out in our apartment and the common areas. We will definitely use Barsala again in other cities - they were phenomenal with our customer service and the place was a 10 out of 10!!!

The place was amazing. I disliked the fact you can only check in at 5pm unless you send a request. Most people who travel, arrive in areas early to get settled into their place to stay and 5pm check-in is just a thorn in your trip plans.

I wanted to share some feedback about my check-in experience. Since I arrived in the evening, it was difficult to get assistance, and the directions provided for accessing the building were unclear—the swipe point was actually on the side rather than in between, and it wasn’t clear which key fob to use. The following day, I called to get help again but wasn’t able to receive clear guidance. I eventually tracked down the manager later that afternoon, but if I hadn’t had a friend nearby, I wouldn’t have had a place to stay that first night. Clearer instructions and more accessible support during check-in would be very helpful for future guests.

When booking the unit, confirm the entry code as the one they gave me was incorrect and was unable to gain entry my first night. Consequently had to book another hotel for the evening. Also make sure you place the parking sticker on your windshield otherwise your car will be towed, like mine was to some junky tow lot on the outskirts of Durham, NC. Otherwise unit was beautiful
