Great location and beautiful place! Well equipped. Good WiFi. Clean. Very clean. Easy check in and checkout. Beautiful but very small bathroom. Need to know that it is a few flights of stairs up...(like 4 flights for apt 7). Great building. Great AC. Walkable to many many places. Easy communication with host via what's app. Also sent excellent access instructions with pictures.

La entrada fatal. No se puede entrar hasta las 15.00, super tarde. Encima llegamos a esa hora y se habían equivocado de habitación. No nos habían dejado las llaves en la habitación que nos habían dicho sino en la siguiente. No nos cogían el teléfono, llamamos a varios números y escribimos por la app y nada, 0 respuesta. A los 40 minutos de espera, nos dicen que es la siguiente habitación. Y luego la salida super pronto, a las 10.00. Con 0 margen de salida. Super decepcionados con eso. El ruido en la habitación es enorme. La puerta del baño (si se puede llamar asi) no cierra completamente. No volveremos a contactar con este alojamiento. Una decepción. 60€ por menos de 24h.

Ótima localização, limpo, ar condicionado nos quartos, camas confortáveis e travesseiros extra. Cozinha equipada com fogão, geladeira e micro ondas, sala com sofá confortável com smart tv. Chuveiro muito bom, mas que faz bastante barulho no quarto ao lado. Ficamos no apartamento do térreo, o que foi ruim por alguns motivos: ausência de ventilação, cheiro extremamente forte de mofo/umidade, janelas viradas para a área comum. Banheiro sem suporte de toalhas e qualquer área de apoio para itens de higiene pessoal. Quartos sem qualquer tipo de apoio ao lado das camas/mesinha lateral, apenas um quarto tinha apoio para roupas (um móvel com cabideiro e gavetas). Ausência de roupas de cama extra e edredons e, ao entrar em contato com o anfitrião para solicitar edredom, não obtive resposta.

Un bel appartement, très bien équipé, moderne et propre. Proche des points d'intérêts. Mais tout est très bruyant, c'était infernal. Entre les bruits de rue, le bruit dans le couloir et le bruit des voisins à l'étage, rien n'est filtré. C'est vraiment infernal !! Aucun repos dans l'appartement n°1. Il est mieux de payer plus ailleurs que passer une nuit ici. Je regrette fortement d'avoir choisi cet appartement. Et bien sûr, aucun moyen d'être mise en contact avec le propriétaire. Deux numéros fournis, aucun ne répond.

Puntos muy negativos del apartamento número 4. Tiene unas escaleras muy elevadas para acceder a la habitación. Si tienes vértigo, lo pasarás mal. Mal olor que lo camuflan con olor intenso a ambientador. Los ruidos se escuchan muchísimo. Las dos noches que he estado, me he despertado las 2: una por ruidos de la calle y otro por ruidos del patio interior en el que charlotean a altas horas de la noche los que vienen de fiesta de otros apartamentos. El baño no tiene intimidad ninguna, está integrado en la propia habitación. Conclusión: no repetiría. Prefiero pagar más, pero dormir

Huele muchísimo a humedad, esta todo con ambientadores pero ni asi. Las sábanas con agujeros, la ducha no traga bien y se inunda de agua. La limpieza regular, las escaleras super sucias, además de ser un peligro. No repetiría.

Vanskelig å komme seg inn her, og problem med kommunikasjon med personalet. Men utenom dette så var stedet utrolig fint, til en rimelig penge! Veldig fornøyd når vi først kom oss inn på rommet.

Al reservar se mencionó que íbamos 2 adultos, en la publicación del departamento no se menciona que la cama está en otro piso, vine con mi madre que ya es un poco mayor y las escaleras para poder subir a la habitación son demasiado complicadas y con riesgo de alguien poderse caer, la verdad muy mal el no informar esa situación porque no todas las personas podrán subir de buena manera
