First the plus points, the staff at the front desk are exceptional going above and beyond in helping customers. We had late arrivals during our stay and they ensured we can use the laundry facility when it was closed. Also the security did notify us with a car window that was left open The room as such looks like a typical European style basic hostel with wire racks for clothes, moldy bathroom with dirty floor. The bed was OK with not so comfortable pillows.

The room was modest. There are no headboards or even a lamp on the end table. The pillows were so flat you would need at least 3 pillows per person to sleep comfortably. There is only a single flat sheet on the bed and I suppose the decorative bed cover is supposed to be used as a blanket? Not sure but I suppose you get what you pay for. I will say the attendant and staff were very friendly besides the esthetics of the room.

The room and bathroom weren’t very clean and there were a lot of guys always smoking/drinking and hanging outside right by the door we’d use to enter and exit the property. They didn’t cause any problems with us but it definitely made my gf uncomfortable. I would’ve felt ok myself but it’s definitely a bad environment to bring your family. I think we were the only ones staying for a week, everyone else seemed to be living there and paying by the month
