The unit was on the 28th floor, which gave me a stunning, full view of the city—especially beautiful at night. The amenities were a huge highlight. The pool and jacuzzi were both clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Communication was seamless throughout the entire stay—the host and residential staff were responsive, helpful, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. One of the best parts is the location. It’s within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Brickell, as well as top nightlife spots, which made exploring super convenient. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again—10/10 experience!

Overall, the hotel is okay—not really a five-star experience. They supposedly to send me a email to tell me that how to check in, but I didn’t received before I got there. Finally I got touch with the host when I was there, Once I got the code and checked in, the room was clean. Still, there was no shower gel, so I used shampoo, and the water was too hot, making it hard to get the temperature right.

Loved this property. My family had an amazing time. Only issues i had was i couldnt initially connect to the Wifi, and how long it took for deposit to return back to my account. Other than that...i highly recommend this stay because it was super clean and near everything!!

Not a luxury room! No parking pass provided as advertised. Unit needs major updating. Shower was just set on super hot. One towel and washcloth for 2 people for 2 nights. Management said they would bring more but never did! Internet was on and off. Bedding was worn. The area was very nice and safe, but I would not stay there again!!

Bed was broken and they sent someone to fix it but it was just someone to make the bed so the problem was still there. Requested a late checkout for 1pm and was sent a payment link which was paid and i was still woken up early and i had someone telling me i have to check out now and had to wait for that to get resolved.
