O prédio é novo e o flat é simplesmente sensacional, eu e minha esposa gostamos muito e ja estamos planejando nova hospedagem no mesmo flat, tem tudo pertinho, shopping (03), supermercado, farmácia, padaria, restaurantes e muito mais. Com certeza quem for lá irá gostar da estadia e do conforto proporcionado, a equipe atende muito bem deixando tudo mais simples, organizado e seguro, foi um enorme prazer ficar esses 05 dias no Simple Smart Residence no 16° andar.
