Great location, right in the historic centre but only a 15 minute walk from the sea, a little longer to the beach. The balcony/roof terrace was amazing with sunshine from around 10am until the end of the day. There are stairs up to the roof terrace so wouldn’t be accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Other essentials there including oil, salt, pepper etc. All in all 5/5

Our stay was amazing. The duplex was absolutely gorgeous we could not fault it. There was everything and more you needed for a short or long stay. There was excellent access to the city and surrounding beaches. The booking was easy so was check in and check out. Probably the best place we have ever stayed. We did not want to go home! There was only one negative and that was parking. Plenty of car parks but very expensive! Next time we stay we will not bring a car. Thank you so much for everything. We will be recommending you to everyone Lou & Mike Barnes ❤️

We were on first fooor in room 103 and I heard some noise from cars that disturbed my sleep - so if you’re a light sleeper like me not ideal. Juliette balconies quite low so not ideal if you have young children from a safety perspective. Accommodation clean, modern and comfortable. Smart TV. Ideal for our one night stay. Short walk from Centro Alameda train station and to coach station. Near historic centre too.

Room was lovely and clean but very noisy as right on the street. Ear plugs provided which speaks volumes on arrival! Had to keep curtains shut as on street with epople waking by. Requested early check in but no communication about whether this was possible so walked around with luggage until code’s received at 15.10. In hindsight should have booked hitel. Great location though!

We had two suites. They “upgraded” us to a larger suite for one of the rooms - upstairs. The original room on the ground floor was very nice, well appointed and clean. HOWEVER, the larger one, without question was horrible. Not clean, stained and dirty furniture, bathroom a 1/4 size of the other room, and floor ver dirty. Don’t book.

This property is very well located close to all in Almeria center Alcazaba is near. Room floor dirty, we have to contact them several time for a leaking in the kitchen sink, also reported shower drain slowly water out, stinking water coming out from a service black water located in the bathroom. First day no WiFi. The fridge full of ice no space to put something in there. Elevator extremely slow. Good bed. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they always politely responded saying that they will send the team to fix it but never showed up. I had to clean the bathroom very well and also all room floor to ensure cleanliness in the room.

Ruim appartement midden in het centrum, aan een vrij rustige straat. Inchecken gaat vlot, automatisch en contactloos via de mail/ sms. Het appartement is ruim, netjes en voorzien van alle gemakken. Minpunten: Zeer gehorig gebouw (oordoppen liggen klaar) Wat kleine schoonmaakpunten en wat onderhoudspuntjes (versleten of losse onderdelen)
