Great apartment on a quiet street in San Polo. Easy access to all parts of Venice without being in a busy area. Hosts were very professional, helpful and responsive. Would recommend and would stay again.

a hidden gem. so close and easy walk to and from the train station. i appreciated the host accommodating our late check in due to airport stopping. laura and mossimo were extremely nice! my kids loved it as well. we had the bottom floor room and we did hear all the walking/talking/suitcase rolling BUT didn’t bother us since we were so tired from traveling. venice is walkable! so even with a family of 4 we walked!

A very nice unit, relatively close to both the train and bus stations. No taxis in Venice, so transportation in walking distance is great for arrival and departure. The communication for check-in was great and the room was very clean. The bedroom with two twins is located in the loft, with very low beams, so it would be better for children -- but we had two adults there and they were still happy. They just needed to duck when moving around. Very highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay for my 10 days in Venice. The location is quiet but still in the ‘thick of things’. A great local bar has opened up close by. Cafes, bistros, a supermarket, shops - all close by. I would have liked a folder that gave me a few hints for the area and good places to go - but otherwise it was fantastic!

We stayed in the “deluxe apartment” which is extremely nice. High ceilings, large rooms, and the biggest showers I’ve experienced in Europe. The location was intentionally chosen due to its proximity to train station but you will get some foot traffic and rolling luggage due to this. But it’s close to everything in Venice. Easily walkable to main attractions or towards the grand canal if you want to get a water taxi or water bus. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean, and well appointed apartment in Central Venice. Lots of space with kitchen, sitting area, and separate bedroom. Would highly recommend. You’ll meet someone on the day you arrive to receive a physical key at check-in. This is the only part of the process that was not completely clear, but the property managers were great and very nice when talking to us upon arrival. Enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Great location, not crazy crowded, with great dining options and easily walkable to areas of interest. 10 minutes walk to the train station. The apartment is large and has dishwasher and washing machine. Shower was decent, with plenty of hot water, but no label on the dispenser in the shower. Soap or shampoo? Effective AC. Improvements could be made to the feel of the apartment. There is no artwork on the walls, and not a huge amount of natural light. Opening the windows can allow mosquitos from the canal in. Wi-fi is inconsistent. That said, we still enjoyed our stay. Safe place, with the amenities you will need.

The 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit on the ground floor was spacious for a family of four. We loved the large bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cups, and pots and pans. The only drawback was with the communication with the host. I would ask questions about the unit or the check in process and for DAYS, no response. I was getting nervous because I received no information how to get in the unit with less than 5 days to go. With my other stays in Rome and Florence, the host would contact me at least a week beforehand.

Quite a walking distance from the station but room was nice. They allowed us to put our luggage in the room early when we reached around 11am. The cleaning was actually done while the contact was explaining stuff to us, and we were able to check in. Room includes a washing machine, with a kitchen area with induction cooker and utensils provided. We made our own pasta by buying ingredients from a nearby convenient store

Maravilloso lugar, ubicación excelente. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitación en el último piso en invierno, silencioso, cálido y con una tremenda vista!!! Quizás la cama fue lo menos cómodo (muy dura para nosotros), pero todo el resto, increíble, cafetera, lavavajillas, lavadora, baño y habitación amplios, y comedor cocina óptimo!!! Muy recomendable. Además, es hermoso el lugar y los alrededores!

Hébergement superbe et très propre. Un petit bémol cependant les ustensiles de cuisine sont limités au strict nécessaire. Sinon la plaque électrique est tombée en panne un soir. Le lendemain elle était remplacée par une neuve. Marco a été très réactif sur ce problème.

Très bon endroit et équipe professionnelle et disponible. Tout était quasi parfait. Seul petit bémol mais qui ne nous a pas empêché de vivre un super séjour : le bruit. La rue est passante et les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage (et les parties communes sont en double vitrage !).
