Wir hatten super schöne zwei Wochen in der Altamira Residence. Unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin war immer erreichbar und ist sehr sehr nett! Egal was wir hatten, wir konnten uns immer an Anna wenden und sie hatte einen Tipp oder hat uns geholfen. So einen super Service habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Da der Strand in der Nebensaison nicht bewirtschaftet wird, hat sie extra für uns 3 Liegen reserviert und den Pool für uns gereinigt und offen behalten (wir sind keine Frostbeulen ;-)). Richtig, richtig nett und zuvorkommend! Zudem ist direkt neben dem Hotel ein großer Parkplatz, der von Oktober bis März kostenlos ist, Conad direkt nebenan, 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch die Mitnahme unserer Hündin war kein Problem. Anna hat uns extra einen Raum mit großer Terrasse reserviert, weil wir unsere Hündin mit dabei hatten. Wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder, danke für alles Anna!
