Our apartment was very spacious. We were a family of 4 and it was very comfortable. Location is great for shopping and very close to the trevi fountain and pantheon. Communication with host was great! They were very responsive on WhatsApp. We had the strangest requests as we were in rome for a wedding and they truly went out of their way to help including convincing the hair salon next door to squeeze us in :)) . Highly recommend this place!

Excellent location and overall great apartment. The temperature was quite warm in the apartment and due to city regulations, the AC couldn’t be turned on as our stay was outside of normal AC timeframe. However, the property management was quick to supply a portable fan.

Close to key attractions

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay in Rome. The apartment was exceptionally modern, very clean, and spacious—perfect for our group. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. We would happily recommend it to others visiting Rome.

The property is located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, boutiques and to the tourist attractions places to visit. Wonderful location! Very convenient to all the major attractions. The hotel was a 7 mins walk to the metro, close to the taxi stop and buses. The rooms are bigger and better than the pics. The amenities are great as well - we received free water, tea, coffee pods, slippers, shampoo etc. The beds are also really comfortable. Overall great stay and great for families. There’s no room service (which we don’t mind and like!), noise from construction, some mosquitoes coming in from outdoors because of the window in washrooms and there’s a bit of wear in some of the spaces in the rooms but nothing major that an older hotel wouldn’t have. There needs to be two keys to get into the building, but there’s an elevator which is surprising. We had a great stay and it was the best room we stayed in after traveling across Italy! Reasonable price for what you get. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends. The staff were also incredibly nice - the woman that checked us in was very sweet and so was the man that was staffing the following day.

Great place for a family!!

We had a wonderful experience with our stay at Oriana Hotel. A good location, although a bit of a walk from the train station. Large, comfortable beds were especially appreciated, and the Dyson hair dryer with attachments was an unexpected bonus! Keeping the doors to the kitchen & bathroom closed helped with keeping the other rooms cool, as did making sure the blackout drapes weren’t covering up the air conditioning units. Early check-in wasn’t an option, so perhaps next time we would pay for the night before our arrival so we can check in upon arrival in the morning. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
