The staff was truly amazing! Willy, Carlos, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and kept nice and cool, which made for a very relaxing experience. There were also plenty of great dining options within walking distance of the hotel, making it easy to grab a meal without having to drive. We enjoyed our stay so much that I even recommended the hotel to other family members, and they decided to stay there as well. I will definitely keep this hotel's information for future visits and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional customer service.

When traveling to the dominican, and using the Punta Cana Airport, usually spend the first and last night of the stay at Reserva. Price point is excellent, hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly, and there are four large pools to use. Restaurant, Pizzeria, and Cafe located on site For the most part, everything is exceptional. The two points that would lose marks, are that the hotel does not accept American Express, and if you stay in the F units, they back on to the main road which can be very noisy.
