Beautifully clean apart-hotel

Beautifully clean apart/hotel. Rooms in newly decorated condition and facilities spotless. Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! Rooms all had fruit flavoured teas supplied but would have been nice to have had good old English Breakfast tea too! We bought our own locally in the end so didn’t go without! Location is ideal and only a short distance to main centre where there are very good restaurants although quite limited in number and not all open for food in the evening. We used the hotel as a base to visit the Normandy beaches and it was ideal for that purpose. All in all a lovely hotel and worth a stay.

Adequate but not great

The place was nice enough, especially for the price. But it was the little things that were annoying. Such as having to pay extra for use of the pool. And for parking. Or the fact that there was only one bowl in the kitchen for four people. And that it took the staff three days to give us more bowls. Or that the kitchen was so sparsely equipped that you could hardly prepare a meal. Or that there was no dishwasher even though there was an empty cupboard in the kitchen that was obviously designed to hold one. On the plus side, the location is great and the view of the green hills from the balcony was really nice.

Arrived late afternoon after a long drive, Staff spoke reasonably good english which helped, all staff spoke and welcomed us and was attentive. Sign on car park outside the premises said was 40 euro per day parking so we parked on the road outside, when we went inside to ask if that was correct, the man said it was only 8 euros per day for residents. We paid this and parked in their secure parking area. We were disappointed to learn that there was a fee to use the pool (10 euros per hour) Room was great, looked like it was newly fitted out and had everything you would need for any stay. It was clean and furniture was comfortable especially the bed. Room overlooked the car park which was great to be able to keep an eye on my car. The view from the living room window, you was able to see the sea...all be it a small part. The room was also quiet with no noises waking us up which was great. We ordered breakfast for our last morning which cost 18euro each. To be honest, we felt that it was not worth this much and was very disappointed. The baguettes were ok but all the other bread was stale. The cold Buffet was sparse and the hot section with just hot dog sausages and cold scrambled egg. Other than breakfast, we had a good stay but if we went back I would check up on the breakfast first. Thank you.

mini appartement , spacieux , propre , très neuf . grand salle de bain , douche à l' italienne Bon coin cuisine ( pas de four , pas de lave vaiselle ) . Endroit calme bien que situé â coté d un centre médicale. Résidence a 10min à pied du centre ville de Villers sur mer.

Hôtel à 15 minutes à pieds du centre-ville. Ne propose pas de piscine comme j’avais cru lire mais un spa réservé aux adultes. Pas de restaurant. Appartement pratique dans son ensemble quand on voyage en famille avec enfants, du fait d’une cuisine et d’une chambre séparée. Toutefois, déception concernant le ménage. Notamment le sol était sale et une poignée de cheveux était collée sur le carrelage mural de la douche. Cuisine et frigo propres quant à eux. Enfin le canapé-lit offre un très mauvais couchage.

L’appartement était propre, spacieux et l’arrivée s’est faite simplement et rapidement. Le personnel du bar situé au rez-de-chaussée était également serviable et agréable. En revanche, il est regrettable de devoir payer pour la moindre demande supplémentaire : par exemple, un fer à repasser ou même un simple séchoir à linge est facturé 40 €. De plus, lors de notre séjour, il faisait exceptionnellement chaud et aucun équipement tel qu’un ventilateur ou une climatisation n’était mis à disposition.

Bonjour Je rentre de wkeend Sacrément bel endroit pour se détendre. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil la propreté la disponibilité du personnel la proximité du centre ville, de la plage soit 13mn à pied et le calme non négligeable. Le petit déjeuner est bien juste un peu plus de fruits de saison (ananas pamplemousse pastèque.. ) Je conseille cet endroit à 100% Un petit bémol dans la réservation appart'hôtel "un sèche linge" serait idéal. Les points positifs : • Le confort et l'espace : Les appartements sont spacieux, bien équipés avec tout le nécessaire pour y vivre, et la literie des lits principaux est vraiment top. • Le service : Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. • L'environnement : Les lieux sont très calmes, ce qui est très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner est également très bien. Les points négatifs (à améliorer d'urgence) : • La propreté: Les sols étaient sales, avec des moutons de poussière mélangés à des poils d'animaux, que ce soit dans les appartements ou dans les parties communes. • Le canapé-lit : Très inconfortable. Dès que l'on s'assoit dessus, tout se défait. De plus, ils étaient remplis de poils et de saleté au niveau de l'assise.

Appartement très propre et très calme, spacieux, superbe chambre. Bonne literie. Belle décoration. Grand canapé de 160 dans le salon, mais le matelas reste un peu avec la forme du pliage...pas très agréable. Oreillets moyens. Il manque un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain. Le reste est parfait. Personnel tres gréable... la remarque que je ferais ...c'est sur l'ambiance froide qui se dégage dans l'immeuble. Une petite musique, un parfum agréable et quelques plates vertes au niveau des espaces communs seraient bien venus (accueil, bar et restaurant sont sans ambiance). Autre chose... odeur désagréable dans la chambre en arrivant (odeur mentholé), pas glamour du tout.

Très bon séjour, un endroit très agréable pour un week end, nous avons seulement été surpris que le restaurant ne soit pas ouvert mais il est vrai que nous étions hors saison. Il y a au moins un très bon restaurant en centre ville rapidement accessible à pied. Le petit déjeuner est très travaillé et généreux. Je recommande cet endroit.

Très bel établissement ! Tout confort, décoration soignée et chaleureuse ! Seul petit problème qui a été tout de suite réglé par le personnel une erreure de facturation mais après appel tout etait réglé ! Dommage que l accès piscine soit facturé 10 euros de l heure un peu cher mais sinon superbe établissement et personnel au petit soin.
