Friendly and accommodating

They were super accommodating. I was there for a family event that was supposed to start at the same time we were supposed to check in so they let us check in a little bit early so we could make it to the party on time.

NO BODY TO HELP. NO PLACE TO CHECK IN.20 inch shower.BACK door usually unlocked.BREAKFAST1/2 LOAF of BREAD,YoGURT SOMETIMES,FRUIT SOMeTIMES.Must get water to make coffee.Spiders.Ad sats a/c.None.Told to open windows.Usually Stay at red roof,excellent.Every thing else was full.There for family gathering.Also,trim held up by tacks an hot water took forever.

Not great !!

Our room itself was very nice & clean - however there was no headboard to the bed & it was situated under a window - the shower quit working half way thru my shower in the morning & could not get water working again - so had to go to the sink outside the bathroom - freezing cold & soapy & wash soap off at sink - we could not find the housekeepers phone number as the sheet was not on the desk - the house keeper could not be found when called & asked people in the cafe - she came to us at the cafe finally after around an hour went by & said had left the building for a supposed appointment on a Sunday & not told anyone - we were already packed to go - my husband did not get a shower - the cafe people were very nice & gave us a free breakfast to try & compensate for our ordeal. I have an extremely bad back & being freezing cold put my back into knots - I had patches & meds I had to take to make it back home (an 1 1/2 hour car ride) - would I stay there again or recommend this place to anyone else - unless changes are made - its very questionable - we were just looking for a restful stay & a nice shower in the morning....
