Very tranquil and atmospheric apartments. Spacious and in a great location near to the Levallois train station and buses to central Paris, with the So Ouest shopping centre close by. The lounge/breakfast area has an interesting selection of books. Clean and safe.

Everything was perfect about this place - a convenient localisation, quiet sorounding, a clean and warm room, bathroom and a kitchen and very nice and helpful staff. Would definitely chose this one again when coming back to Paris

Many cafes, restaurants and markets within walking distance. Fridge, stove and microwave available. Any suplies needed just ask. I would definitely stay here again

Clean, staff are accommodating. Nice kitchen, close to a lot of restaurants especially asian, arabic food. There is a laundry facility near the Aparthotel. Good value for money and only one ride by train to go Lafayette and one bus ride to arc de truimp. I love the community.

Great location for our family and the apartment was absolutely beautiful. We could open up all the windows. But no aircon which is fairly common in Europe. Breakfast area was lovely as well and a nice selection.

Clean room, the staff were friendly especially Leo who went out his way to straighten out the last of our 4 nights booking. Had a fully equipped kitchen with micro and fridge. The onlydown side is their shower didn’t have a full enclosure but only halfway so water got out despite our best effort to stay in a corner. It’s an older building without AC but oscillating fans were provided.

The stay was good value for money and clean. However, it is not clear on the listing that these rooms are vacant units in a senior residence. The sign outside says 'Happy Senior' and everyone else staying there were indeed seniors. I would've liked to know that upfront. Also there was no wifi info in the room and the receptionist didn't know the correct password so we had to use our data for the duration of the stay.

Apartment was nice enough - one sofa cushion had a big burn hole in it, but we unfolded it into a bed for our daughter so that was fine. Had a nice small outdoor deck. Main complaint was that the shower only had one panel of glass enclosing it, so a good part of the bathroom floor got wet every time you took a shower. The place is a senior residence so it probably has to do with ease of entry, but was not great for those who didn't need that. The room did not have an iron. The front desk had one, but when I went to borrow it no one was at the desk for about a half hour. Those were the (minor) negatives, everything else was great!

The property was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean and equipped with most of the things we needed. Additional bin bags would have been good but reception provided any additional things. I found a mix of reception staff to be both helpful and rude dependent on who was on. It was a safe and secure location given its nature. There is a train station five minutes away which was helpful for Disney, if exploring Paris itself the nearest metro is a 15 minute walk away and we found for a family of four, uber to be much more convenient and cost effective. I would recommend this to any family visiting Paris.
