I stayed in 21C, flat in the basement, Very cosy, comfortable and clean flat with good amenities. Close to town centre with good restaurants around. Owners were very nice, good communication and let me have a late checkout. Greatly appreciated.

Fantastic host who was very kind and generous to us. The flat is very clean and organised. We had lots of space and a very comfortable sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Really comfortable well appointed apartment in the delightful Montpellier area within easy walking area of the attractions of Cheltenham. A much appreciated touch was a generous breakfast basket, a pleasant bonus. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed how welcoming the flat was, eveything was so clean and the beautifully put together. There was a real warm feeling to the flat. Also, the Communication with Bronwyn, was effortless. The second i had any question, Bronwyn was there to help.

Great location and lovely comfortable flat with everything you need. I stayed in the basement flat. The one bad experience was that I stayed for Christmas to visit my brother and in advance checked with the owner if the cooker worked correctly as I was hosting Christmas dinner. Unfortunately the digital hobs would not work despite following the instructions the heat operations would not work as the hob would not remove the childlock function. We spent an hour one by one having to cook all veg in the microwave.

집안은 청결했습니다. 내가 다녀본 많은 숙박시설 중 주방이 가장 훌륭했습니다. 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있었으며, 빵과 우유,버터 ,쨈,베이컨 등 훌륭한 식사재료가 준비되어 있었습니다. 위치도 훌륭했고, 현관 잠금장치도 영국에서는 보기드문 버튼식이어서 아주 편리했습니다. 여행객들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.

Beautiful space. So clean and really helpful owner. Property was incredibly noisy as I don’t think the other guests knew that there are other apartments in the building so their late nights not great when I started early for work!
