The flat was spacious and comfortable. You didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. There were tons of options for dining. There were some things missing like hot pads and dish cloths, apart rom that it was great.

The place was amazing. I pestered them about early check in and they did let me know when the place was ready. The place was impeccable and huge. It was a surprise to see that we had 3 floors. I was only disappointed that I did ask how the safe worked and got no reply :/ they were also slow to respond when we were asking if we could extend dates before we even left for our trip. We also did not receive check in instructions 24 hours before we left so I was nervous but did get it after I asked about it. The area is also in the middle of an adorable shopping area so it can get loud at night. One of the rooms shades was also broken and off the top wall and on the ground so we put the early risers in that room. Regardless, I would stay here again!!

The property is a great find for London. Great location, good size, modern and well equipped. The management company could use significant improvement. They never emailed or communicated with any check-in instructions. When I called to find out how to open the apartment, it took them 15 min to even find me in the system. After finally being able to get inside we found that the cleaning people were still there, which was 1.5 hrs aftwr our check-n time. We weren't given any apology from them, but just instructions "drop off your suitcases and come back later". No time line at all. After I emailed and complained to the management, they said that we can stay 1 hrs later at check out, but they must have forgotten to communicate it with their cleaning company because they showed up at the usual check out time. So the appartment itself is totally worth it, but you nees to be proactive with the mamagement.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in London und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – die U-Bahn-Station ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wodurch sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons bequem erkunden lassen. Beim Check-in sowie mit dem WLAN gab es zunächst kleinere Schwierigkeiten. Der Gastgeber hat jedoch sehr schnell reagiert und beide Themen unkompliziert und professionell gelöst. Dafür möchten wir uns ausdrücklich bedanken. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in London!
