A pousada apresenta boa infraestrutura e encontra-se bem conservada. No entanto, alguns pontos impactaram negativamente a experiência. O acesso até o local é feito por uma estrada em condições ruins, o que pode dificultar a chegada. Além disso, o café da manhã é servido em horário mais tardio, o que não é muito adequado para um destino frequentado por turistas que costumam sair cedo para realizar trilhas. Em relação ao atendimento no bistrô, a experiência não foi satisfatória. Houve certa falta de cordialidade no serviço, inclusive com questionamentos sobre a quantidade de itens solicitados no pedido, o que causou desconforto. Ressalto que, durante minha estadia de dois dias, utilizei o café da manhã apenas uma vez, em razão do horário de funcionamento. Dessa forma, apesar dos pontos positivos na estrutura, acredito que há oportunidades de melhoria, especialmente no acesso, no horário do café da manhã e no atendimento.
